Robert M. Archuleta has practiced extensively in all Utah’s state and federal courts of appeal, including the Utah Supreme Court, Wyoming Supreme Court and 10th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals. He has the skill and experience to handle criminal appeals and post-conviction habeas corpus proceedings on behalf of clients who have been convicted of a crime at the trial level.
